The storage unit is nice and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Opening hours are useful. Prices are competitive. My 2 slight issues are; 1- not enough trolleys for peak times. 2- I personally don’t like the need for my phone to open the doors. When I’ve been moving this summer, in shorts and t-shirt. No pockets where I would normally leave my phone somewhere safe I’ve had to keep faffing around with it, I’ve repeatedly dropped it, and its lead to the screen cracking. My suggestion would be, more trolleys and potentially ones with a suitable place to keep your phones easily and safely.
Nathan and Callum are an absolute credit to the company and nothing is to much trouble and they are so helpful. The storage facility itself is excellent, it’s app based for access which works really well and the set up is brilliant with plenty of trolleys available. Recommend this company without question and the staff are truly amazing! Thank you for all your help!

I had a medium size lockup for 7 months or so. It is a great service, and as other people have said, Nathan and Callum are kind, friendly, helpful and efficient. I can't think of anything they could do better.
